Walawaani Workforce is currently recruiting for various construction personnel for large-scale construction projects to start early April. Plant operators required; including Grader, Excavator and Roller operators. Residential (Rockhampton) roles, no need for FIFO camp, home EVERY night!!!

About the Role

Locally based in Rockhampton, Walawaani Workforce are currently recruiting for experienced civil and construction personnel including multi-skilled plant operators with GPS experience across the Rockhampton region for multiple projects within our civil construction division.

As large scale projects become shovel-ready across the region, you will not only be operating the very latest in plant and equipment; but you will be called upon to become part of our close-nit family as we assist our loyal clients in completing their projects on time and budget across many areas including the Defence sector.    

We are looking for the below experienced construction personnel to commence early April (Pending procurement timeframes) on large scale projects within the Rockhampton and Shoalwater bay regions.

To be considered for these roles you must possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 + years’ experience in civil construction
  • Current OH&S Card (White Card)
  • Current drivers’ licence and reliable transport
  • The ability to pass a full National Police Clearance (No cost to you)
  • RII & provable experience (VOC) for all plant you can operate
  • Must be able to pass a full medical, drug & alcohol test prior to commencement
  • A true loyalty to the Rockhampton region.
