We are seeking experienced, highly motivated and safety-focused High Reach Forklift and LO Operators for our clients based in Northern Suburb of Melbourne.
Shifts Available:
-
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($31.09 per hour)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ($34.00 - $35.00 per hour )
Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a LO picker truck and high reach forklift for material handling and storage.
- Perform pre-operational checks and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Efficiently stack, retrieve, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Comply with all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Order picking, Put aways, Stock and replenishment
- Manual handling, RF scanning and Stock Labelling
- Lifting up to 13kgs - 20kgs
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments as required.
- Checking and ensuring loads and packed orders are safe and secure
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
The candidates we are looking for:

- Valid LO License and LF License with verifiable experience
- Experience in Crown LO and LF is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn and operate in a versatile warehouse
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and able to commit to an ongoing shift with excellent attendance
- A SAFETY FIRST FOCUSED in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have reliable transport
- Physically fit and have an awareness for good OHS practice
- Enjoys being part of a high-performing team within a dynamic setting
- Preferred candidates will have both LF High Reach and LO Licenses, but we also welcome applications from individuals with EITHER LF High Reach or LO experience and License.
- Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview
- Full Work Rights - can work minimum of 38 hours per week
