Job Description

Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron’s iconic lighthouse.

The role will be primarily based in our Produce Store, which is an extension of the Three Blue Ducks' passion for proiding the community with fresh, sustainably-produced goods and local produce. 

We are looking for experienced and motivated casual front of house retail superstars. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and retail, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. We will be able to offer between 15-35 hours per week.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a deli and/or bakery experience highly valued
• Comfortable with retaining product knowledge for a wide range of stock
• High attention to detail
• Willingness and enthusiasm to work occasionally for other departments (with training) such as events, restaurant, and bar
• Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
• Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
• Ability to work on a 7-day roster and work flexible hours
